500 PET Bottle recycling Line
The process is used to recycled the good quality PET bottle. The de-baling is not automatically. Without bottle pre-washing unit, the PVC bottles has to be removed by works who are experienced. The Final product quality is not as good as other process with Bottle prewashing machine. The process is as below:

What is plastic?
What is plastic?
Plastic is a common name for Polymers: materials made of long strings of carbon and other elements. Each unit in a string is called a monomer, and is a chemical usually derived from oil.
The monomer is made into polymer by chain-linking reactions. This is like making a daisy chain. Instead of flowers, carbon atoms are joined together. The appearance of the daisy chain will be different if you use different coloured flowers, and so will polymers.
There are many different types of plastic, depending on the starting monomer selected, the length of polymer chains, and the type of modifying compounds added. Each plastic has been developed for a special purpose.
There are two main groups of plastics:
1. THERMOPLASTICS soften with heat and harden with cooling.

PET bottles are also recycled as-is (re-used) for various purposes, including for use in school projects, and for use in solar water disinfection in developing nations, in which empty PET bottles are filled with water and left in the sun to allow disinfection by ultraviolet radiation. PET is useful for this purpose because most other materials (including glass) that are transparent to visible light are opaque to ultraviolet radiation.

Farahnik’s holding company, HPC Industries LLC, in April 2010 completed the sale of its thermoforming business, PWP Industries, to Pactiv Corp. for $200 million. PWP had established a postconsumer recyclate PET (PCR-PET) recycling facility in Parkersburg, WV in mid-2008. Earlier in his career Farahnik started a company that eventually grew into Hilex-Poly, the world’s largest processor of plastic shopping bags.

How to use paper shredder?
In today’s world where identity theft is more of a threat than burglary, it is crucial that sensitive information regarding yourself or your company be shredded. There have been many horror stories of secrets leaking through fraudsters dumpster diving, and the best way to protect yourself is by using a paper shredder.
Instructions
1.Read the instructional manual for your paper shredder. Every shredder operates slightly differently, so take the time to familiarize yourself with how your shredder works. Is it touch activated? Or must you turn the shredder “on” to place paper through the slit to be shredded? The more you know, the more use you’ll get out of it.
2.Place the paper shredder over a trash can. Most paper shredders have a sliding arm that will help fasten it to the top of a trash can. Since all trash cans are different sizes, this will allow the paper shredder to fit many different cans. Slide the arm so that it fits snugly over the can.
3.Plug your power cord into the wall. Some paper shredders have battery power alternatives, but for the most part you will need to plug your shredder into an outlet.
4.Place sheets of paper through the slit. Be sure to read in the instruction manual to determine how many pages can be shredded at once. As the pages “touch” the blades or pass through an inner sensor, the machine will start to shred automatically. Do not force the pages in; simply allow the machine to “take” the pages from your hand.
5.Empty the waste paper basket. Do not allow the basket to become so full that shreds of paper are backing up into the machine. Simply unplug the paper shredder for safety, remove the shredder from the trash and empty the basket in the appropriate place. Then reattach the paper shredder as previously described to continue shredding.
