Then it will goes into our PE/PP pelletizing line or we can say its the PE/PP granulating line.

We have different type of the PE/PP pelletizing line. such as below:

1- Single extruder PE/PP pelletizing line it working with one extruder

2-Double stage/Double extruder PE/PP pelletizing line. its working float is first material goes into a longer extruder then the material goes into a shorter extruder. so the finally material granules will be better quality and higher capacity

3- Compator film pelletizing line (agglomerating film pelletizing line) . it working with the high speed compator to force feeding the material into the extruder, so it will have higher output and sametime get beautiful final pellets;

4- also the cutting mode of the pelletizing line is different. we can use the old way noddle cooling type cutting. or you choose the die-face cutting, the die face cutting its automatic cutting to save labor and higher speed and get more beautiful pellets;
